THESE ARE PROVIDED TO ENSURE BOTH PARTIES ARE AWARE OF AND AGREE UPON THIS ARRANGEMENT TO MUTUALLY PROTECT AND SET EXPECTATIONS ON OUR SERVICE.


General

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but from time-to-time, there may be a stock discrepancy, and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund. DELIVERY TERMS:

Handling Time:

We do everything we can to process and ship the order as fast as possible. Our warehouse is readily stocked and ready to ship your order quickly. 

  • Orders placed by 5:00 pm PST, Monday–Friday, will be processed for delivery within 1-3 business days. 
  • Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday & all major USA Holidays, the processing time will start on the next business day.
  • All of our orders ship out from our central warehouse located in Lake Elsinore, California. 

Once the shipping carrier picks up your order, you will be messaged the shipping carrier's tracking number by the method you selected at time of purchase. 

 

Shipping Time: 

Carrier shipping times depend on where you are located and the speed of the carrier. For smaller packages, we can use air to ship which is quicker. These are commonly received within 1-3 business days after the order is processed. 

However, larger (heavier) orders must be shipped via ground to ensure quality control and lower shipping fees. These commonly can take 3-5 business days to receive after the order is processed. 

Common delays in shipping and handling can be due to addresses not verifying within the carriers computer systems (USPS, FEDEX, UPS, DHL). Rural addresses can also add unexpected delays due to their processing times at rural distribution centers. 

Please understand, reasonable shipping delays due to carrier delays are out of our control. They are not good reasons for cancellation.

Please note, we require signatures at the receipt of delivery to ensure you received your product and assist in the prevention of fraud. 



Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated prior to checkout. The Shipping cost is based on Carrier weight and the shipping_weight, dimensions attributes and the location of the customer. 

Handling fees are as follows: Selecting FedEx for USA shipping has a $10 handling fee. Selecting FedEx for Canada shipping has a $15 handling fee. Selecting USPS has a $5 handling fee. 


Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, get in touch with our customer service at support@theepoxyresinstore.com. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.

Sales Taxes

Sales tax may be calculated during checkout by the states.

Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are ONLY able to accept cancellations before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy. In any case, please email customer service at support@theepoxyresinstore.com
