Add vibrant Glowing Sky Blue glow powder pigment to your paintings, castings, sculptures, stamping, jewelry, river tables etc. with Black Diamond Pigments. These can be mixed with other Black Diamond Pigments including non-glows.

These glow powders can be added to both our viscous & thicker epoxy resins.
