⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I love this stuff because it doesn't have a bad smell/give ...I love this stuff because it doesn't have a bad smell/give off fumes. You can use it without a mask (I think, don't quote me on that, I used it without a mask, and had no bad repercussions). It really doesn't have much of a smell. I would gladly spend a couple of extra bucks to save my life considering some of the other fumes that come off when using other resins. Granted, I might have had better equipment if I were a professional. I also like the fact that it doesn't harden quickly. I know that some are made to be that way, but as an amateur, it's what I needed. - Ross A. Wood

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Overall this product was exactly what I needed at a great value. I will buy this product again and ...I used this product on a fairly large fiberglass boat floor repair. I was very impressed with the quality and ease of use. Overall this product was exactly what I needed at a great value. I will buy this product again and recommend it to anyone. - Kelly Howard

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My New Resin of Choice. Plus a Great Seller. Wet out the 1.5 oz chop fiberglass I used surprisingly well in 50 degree weather. Will be working with it in a heated room in the future though. Took it around 24 hours to cure (EXACTLY like the instructions warned me lol). Nice and hard. One of my pumps didn't work so I emailed the seller and they shipped a new one the next day - J

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I used 9 gallons to restore the deck and stringers of my boat and it went down well and cured as described. I used 9 gallons to restore the deck and stringers of my boat and it went down well and cured as described. I would use it again as it is a less expensive alternative to many other brands Epoxy. - JalanT

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ First-time boat builder. Building an 18' Carolina dory. As a filler, I thickened this epoxy with silica, saw dust, or paper dust/carbon powder. They each worked great as a thickener and resulted in a perfect filler for screw holes and knots. I then used it straight to wet out the glass and it worked very well, just the right consistency - excellent saturation into both the wood and the glass. I mixed it in small batches and was never hurried. It cured out perfectly. The hardener is quite thin and the included pump works perfectly. The resin is a considerably thicker so I'd recommend just carefully pouring it right out of the jug. To me, much easier while saving quite a bit of time working an annoyingly slow pump.I shopped around and this was by far the best deal I could find on marine quality epoxy. I have to say that I'm very happy with the product and the results I was able to obtain with it. - DogFlight

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Used for skylight repair on metal building. I used this product on skylights in a metal building, I power washed the skylights, patched the holes with a little fiberglass & resin, then coated the skylights with the resin, I could not be happier with the results. This covered 6 - 3' X 10' skylights, there is about 2" of product left in the containers. The roofing on my building was no longer produced, and the skylights were beginning to fall apart, this is saving me from having to replace the roof, that would have cost between 6 and 7 thousand dollars.I will be buying more so next spring I can put another coat on to help strengthen the fiberglass. This product dries as clear as water normally. When I was repairing one of the skylights the temperature dropped to the upper thirties, also I mixed too much product together, and it started setting up. (it was my first try) Some of the repair on that spot turned white, I'm not sure if that was from the cold or the resin setting up.I have added a picture showing how bad the skylights looked at the beginning.- TheDonH56

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Bought this because I'm building a kayak, and the stuff was the least expensive epoxy I could find. Read reviews and properties are the same as other more expensive name brands. The stuff mixes easily, can take thickeners, has good work time, hardens clear with no blushing. I've been working in my garage at temps around 60-65 degree F. I have used all but a small amount, (maybe 3 ounces of each left) to make fillets for the inner hull keel with fiberglass, the inner hull cockpit area with fiberglass and epoxy, the fore and aft areas beyond bulkheads just got epoxy. the bottom of the hull got fiberglass, a keel strip of fiberglass, and two coats of epoxy. If I was tow start again, I would order 2 gallons. I still have the deck to attach and glass as well. Stuff works GREAT!!! - czee1965

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ First-time epoxy user Have done many marine repairs but always with polyester. I replaced the rotted transom in my 23' center console. the material is easy to use and has great adhesive properties. The shipping is excellent, got the product in 2 days. I will definitely use this product again. - pabl-kbl-en93setzhi

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ covers great I am really impressed with this product.I will recommend this to friend's - murphystaxidermy2012

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Epoxy Great product. No odor and hardens really well. - jscot91

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Superior Product. Marineguard 8000 was the best choice for my homemade boat project, easy to use, great cure, wetted out fiberglass quickly and effectively. if you are paying hundreds of dollars for this quantity and quality of epoxy, like I almost did, you're just throwing money away. The quality of the product and customer service and free shipping, at that price, is unbelievable, as a customer, I got more than my money's worth. Do yourself a favor with all your epoxy needs and order this product. - Keith Prager

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Does what it says I can finish the kayaks that I'm building with this product and use them on whitewater. - fortaxes

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Worked great, used on my boat hull. Worked great, used on my boat hull. Only issue was the resin wouldn't pump. Not sure but I think it was too thick for the pump. - Caleb Fuller

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Tips for pouring and pumping the resin A component. If your Part A resin is not pourable / pumpable at your shop ambient temperature, you can warm the whole container by carefully floating it in a warm water bath. Heating the resin will reduce the resin viscosity substantially. If my shop temp is 55F and I manage to warm the resin to 80F by immersing it in 105-110 degree water for 30 minutes, it will be easily poured and pumped using the included pumps. The hardener is much lower viscosity and in my hands is easily poured and pumped at low temperatures. After mixing, the epoxy mixture has much lower viscosity than the straight un-mixed resin component. Please note that the starting temperature when mixing will largely determine the pot life, so you may want to chill the resin back down to a lower temperature to prolong the working life of the well mixed two component system before gelation occurs. - D. Sweedler

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ very pleased. Got the slow set, very pleased. - David S.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Worked Nicely on my Stand up paddleboard. I used this on a stand-up paddleboard I built. The resin is so thick the pump doesn't work, but the pump for the hardener did. Make sure you mix it a lot to get the two together. At 60 degrees the cure time was hours so I had plenty of time to work with it. Nice clear finish and no smell what so ever. - Dallas

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Easy to use Very pleased with the product offering good penetration to 1708 mat, great working times and consistent curing. I will use it again and again for other boating projects. - fstporsche930

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great results! Excellent product. Repaired a deck on a motor yacht. Good working time. Mixes well with Cabosil. Once sets up, hard as nails. Strong laminate resin. Good customer support. Very responsive. Prompt. Answered all my questions. Easy to work with.- jms719

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️good flow, strength This product mixes well, flows out well and has great strength. I used a large syringe to squirt it into an open cavity on my boat. Worked great. - classicsam50

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great product, great price, but that pump... In all honesty, I bought this epoxy because it was cheaper than any other. I had reservations and did a fair amount of tests (bonding and filleting) but it passes with flying colors. Low odor, great work time, and when mixed according to instructions, it is very clear. The only trouble I experienced was the metering pump on the resin. I sent that to the trash right away. The pump for the hardener works fine and consistent but I'm measuring resin by hand. I give the product 5 Stars, but because of the pump issue, I suggest being prepared to get sticky. No blush as of yet either. - wiggin_station-3

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Good product for the $ While my epoxy didn't come with the pumps pictured above, due to the super thick resin this is actually a godsend. Just buy some auto body mix cups with a 2:1 ratio marked on the side and pour (or squeeze) from the jug. I was looking for a more economical solution than the big three and this epoxy was fine for the stringer, rib and sole replacement I did. It does seem to need more than 24 hours (@72°F) to really be hard enough to sand. Mixes well with a paint stirrer on a cordless drill and pigment come out consistent that way. I set 9 Oz cloth on both sides of the floor and ribs, two layers at once on the stringers. This epoxy worked well with the tight weave on vertical surfaces, not thin enough to run out and leave the fabric dry. Working time is reasonable in the '70-'80s. I wish they sold this in deuces or 5's. I wish it came with product documentation Looking forward to using on bigger projects with better specs and application techniques. - madisoninterior

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️OUTSTANDING EPOXY Good stuff, lots of uses. In high-quality epoxies this is the best buy.....I have used this in Marine applications, lay up, thicken as paste, mixed with sand to fill voids in the transom, thinned to use as a penetrating, used for laminating. Very good epoxy! I will buy it again. - laelsmail

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Its Resin and Hardener. When trying to repair or build something with fiberglass or another cloth this stuff is great. Easy to use, fairly fast and not hard to deal with. The fumes are a bit much for me, but my work area is well ventilated. Wear rubber gloves and an apron if you don't want your clothes to get messed up. And of course, eye protection. - arik48

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 star product approved Great product! Many uses, long working life to where I can warm mixed resin up w/heater to become "thin" again. Resin can be sanded & polished to clear finish. - Amazon Customer

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My husband loves this product, used it on the truck camper he is building. - connie meier

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ thanks, great product - the Captain

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Good resin This resin cures super hard is very easy to use and has very little to no odor. - fivptgo916

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Product I used this to seal a broken solar panel. Even in 50-60 degree temperatures is hardened in 24 hours. It is Crystal clear and didn't affect the output of the solar panel. - calv1760

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ M@rineguard 8000 Epoxy - carbon fiber History is known in the marine market. It has an 8000lbs tensile strength, DuPont is 10,000 costing 2x price to 3x. Superior on fiberglass and near-identical on Carbon Fiber superior roving. NOT easy to mix, thins well 28th acetone. Does not bleach or dull dyed carbon fiber $$$ but ?? depends on $ dye. Superior product. - south4winter_fl

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Epoxy Marine Resin This is amazing stuff. Used to tile over tile. Didn't have to scuff up old tile and it sticks like you can't believe. Great product. - shihaiku

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Very good product Repaired a baseball-sized hole in the hull of my 23' Caravelle. Easy to use... very durable repair. - jocap29

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Works perfectly Epoxy part is pretty thick but heating it up really works. - marklamoreaux

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hard as a rock I used the product to bond marine plywood to fiberglass and it worked just perfect. Have to be patient to achieve a full cure. Follow directions and you can’t go wrong. As good or better than more expensive epoxies.j, do xzvufz🛌 - ton_disc

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ resin was very thick hardener very thin Fast shipping it works ok pump was defective but I use a scale anyway resin was very thick hardener very thin I have used better and had worse. - sue soave

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Good product and 1/2 the price of the "Leading Brand" epoxy and hardener kit. I just finished using this product to completely encapsulate the new floor I'm installing in my 16' aluminum boat. Like other reviewers stated, the resin does NOT pump easily even at 80*F in my garage. I could use the pump for small pots of mix (3-4oz) but used the measuring lines on store bought mixing cups and poured my larger batches (12oz) to save my forearms. Definitely cures faster in warmer temps (70-80*F = 3-4 hours/50-60*F = 6-10 hours)Mix it well and let the bubbles rise out and you have about 15-25 minutes to do what you need. Larger pots will warm up and cure faster in the cup if you let them sit too long. Product spreads out nicely with a foam roller and soaks into fresh plywood well even without thinning. Took 3 coats about 45min to an hour apart to get a nice .8-1mm encapsulation on all of my floor pieces and several other sections of 1/2 exterior ply. Edges of ply took a 4th coat to get the thick shiny finish I was looking for as they tend to soak in more of the epoxy. - Thomas Swartz

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ perfect for my stich and glue boat project - Marcel & Joanna

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Low odor, sets clear, very strong! Low odor, sets clear, very strong! I will buy again! - knightbird

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Sticky Very strong bonding and high strength. - brenbussar-0

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Easy resin Did not receive pumps but would have used mixing cups anyway. Very user friendly. Light odor if you try and smell it. Mix according to instructions and stir for at least 5 minutes scrapping the sides down then take your time. At 75 degrees F I had at least an hour of workable time before the set started. Do advise to wait the full 24 hr cure time before sanding off. Cures clear as water and very hard. Overage wipes clean with acetone. Will use again and great price comparative to the competition - 54ironrock-9

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Easy So much easier then the resin u buy at any auto store and cleaner job even for my first time and this is for product and seller was here a day.early so both are good. - glenstoecke_0

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Epoxy works great Epoxy works as expected....to dispense resin, I placed resin container in old crock pot with water. When resin reached a more fluid consistency, I dispensed with pump. Hardener works at room temperature. Great value. I have bought this 3 times. On my 3rd gallon.- oneida80100

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Very good! Used to build a custom sink, worked very well. Mind the temperature, likes to be on the warm side to set but that is in the directions. - Grumpy in Maine

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent. Much preferable in quality and price to comparable product I used. Easy to work with, even for beginners. - John A. Parker

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Mmmmm sticky! Good clear drying epoxy, easy enough to thicken and does not have very strong fumes to worry about. It does need to be mixed in the perfect ratio or drying becomes an issue and it likes to set in 75F heat or higher. The pump pack for the resin is terrible, the spring is barley able to lift the thick resin which wouldn't be an issue if it poured better, but measuring from a pour is tricky if you mix in plastic cups.I recommend measuring water into he cups and marking the levels to get a good idea of the mix ratio 2:1 for this or you'll end up with a job that never hardens. - Grant Green

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I used this to make a boat. It hasn't shown any signs of letting me die at sea. - Sir Blabs a Lot

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Epoxy at a Reasonable Cost. We just received our second 1.5 Gallon Kit of the Marineguard 8000 epoxy that we're using on our ply on frame 20' (LOA) 8' (Beam) boat. We purchased this epoxy, not because of the cost (that was half of our previously used product) but because it is an exceptionally better product for our application. We needed a harder epoxy for wetting our 6 ounce fiberglass cloth as the hull will be subjected to canal, Gulf of Mexico pebbly beaches, river muck and rocky shores. The boat has just been given it's second layer of fiberglass and the results are a very hard hull shell. We made our own fairing compound with the 8000, a test patch, and although it was a bit harder to fair. . . the results were excellent. We mixed talc, cabosil and the 8000 to a buttery consistency. The spreading was easy and the adhesion was superior than our previous product. Yes, the 8000 is a better product if you are going to subject your boat's hull to tough environments. - captainsursea

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ excellent product easy to use and apply. Timothy J Daley

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Product and Even Better Seller!! Seriously amazing resin!! great to work with and the seller is AMAZING!! - Joel

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ works as described. works as described. Easier to find it here than I larger store. Holding up good and will keep informed if any changes. - Bolduc Builders

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ They are super strong! I just did samples so far. I used strips of fiberglass fabric and the like about 1.5 inches wide and 6 inches long for testing. They are super strong! Much less de-lamination when I stress them then as compared to same test I did with polyester resin (which was really strong too btw). With just 8 strips of fiberglass I built up the samples to maybe a bit over 1/8 inch thickness. I can barely even bend them by hand. The samples with polyester resin I just managed to bend without breaking my thumbs. But the epoxy ones -- it just can't be done I tell ya! (Or well at least not by someone as wimpy as I). - Sasha A.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Phenomenal product. Phenomenal product coated every piece of wood in a 1987 Sea Ray most likely turned it into another 35 year boat. - Leslie sakkinen

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Good quality epoxy resin. Purchased this for some boat work, Good quality epoxy resin, documentation is good stating 2-1 ratio of the mix, followed directions and it performed as needed, I adjusted it a little for temp/humidity and it worked as I needed it to. * one note is the pumps are of decent quality and the epoxy one is slow to recycle to top. - Robert

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exactly what was needed. We used this to seal and bond a custom arched beam. Worked wonderfully and has a nice finish. - Wyeventer

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Did exactly what was needed. This product waterproofed the skylight area of a storage barn. Goodbye all the tarps that have been up there!! - Louise Olson

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Dries very clear. Mixes easily dries clear. - Tim edmonds

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Worked great for my SUP. Long cure time. I did my layering in the sun to allow quicker cure. Sands smooth and buffed out decent for the little effort I put in. - Gabe

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Good Boat Building Epoxy. I gave this epoxy five stars because it has good wet out properties. There some projects that you may want a thicker product. This epoxy goes on thin when first mixed and thickens a little as the pot life gets shorter. But coverage, spreading and wetting properties are nice to work with. Set well in twenty four hours or less. It has nice finish strength too. Will buy it again. Also, It is almost clear. Not a benefit to me, but some desire a non-amber epoxy. - Captkid1

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Durable and cheap. Good epoxy for the price. - Amazon Customer

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A budget pick with excellent results. I was looking around for the best deal for my stitch and glue D5 pram build and took a chance on this product after some research. Guess what, it's an excellent choice and truly is a non-blushing alternative for a third of the price of other more expensive brands. - Amazon Customer

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ worked for my project. used to fiberglass a kayak. - James R. Gibbs

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I used to this to epoxy plywood for the deck of my duck boat. For people looking for a clear Marine epoxy, This stuff was very clear and very hard But it was also somewhat brittle because it was so hard. But over all excellent product for the price. The description says fast cure but it is definitely not a fast cure. Plan on letting it cure overnight in any sort of mild temperatures. And do not attempt to use in temperatures lower than 40 Because it cures with a weird sticky Film on it and you will have to recoat. But I would definitely buy and use this epoxy again. - Amazon Customer

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great value resin. I was happy with this product and found it to be a good value. The resin was a little too thick for my liking in wetting out fiberglass, however the description does state that it is high velocity. I also personally prefer a resin that has an Amber tint in boat building as this is advertised as being clear. Not a deal breaker for me though. When comparing this to other product that cost at least 2x's more, I will definitely buy this again for future builds. - Amazon Customer

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Works ok. The epoxy itself works fine and easy to work with, However the pumps didn't hold up very well. After just a couple uses the pump on the epoxy would no longer work well and then eventually quit working completely. - Arnold Dixon

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Good quality laminating resin, good fiberglass saturation. Good quality epoxy laminating resin. Thicker than countertop resin but saturated biaxial fiberglass easily without thinning. Working time was an hour in small batches at 75°F in the shade. Set time 24 hours before sanding. - Euro Vaner

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Works great! I used it to designs a kitchen floor. - Sin_Custom_Designs
